Copyright Violation
If someone on Typepad is infringing upon your copyright by republishing your writing, photographs you have taken, or any other copyrighted material belonging to you, you can make a report to the designated copyright agent at [email protected].
The Terms of Service Team is the designated recipient of copyright complaints under the provisions set forth in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. 512(c). If you do not include the information required by law, or you do not provide specific information (such as URLs) to identify both the infringing material and your original work, it will seriously delay or prevent the handling of your request. Please review the copyright infringement information for the full list of requirements.
Once you have filed this notification with Typepad, the person who is allegedly infringing upon your copyright has an opportunity to file a counter-notification disputing your right to claim copyright on the material. The Terms of Service Team will let you know what you need to do in this case.
