Displaying Your Amazon Wish List

Your Amazon Wish List can be added to the sidebar of your weblog.

1) Edit your weblog's sidebar content
Go to the design area of your weblog and then click the Content link in the Currently Selected Template Set. In the Content area, scroll down to Your Sidebar Content until you reach the Amazon Wish List feature.

2) Open the Wish List configuration window
You'll have to configure your Amazon Wish List link before it can be added to your template: click the Configure link next to 'Amazon Wish List' to bring up the Wish List configuration window.

3) Find your Amazon Wish List
Enter the email associated with your Amazon.com Wish List and click Search. If an Amazon Wish List is found, you will see some information about the Wish List and a link to open the Wish List in a new window. If this is the Wish List you want to use, click Continue; if not, click Search Again to search with a different email address. If no Wish List is found, enter another email address and try again.

4) Enter a title for your Wish List
After you have found your Amazon wish list, enter a title for it. This title will appear above the wish list link in your weblog's sidebar.

5) Select the maximum number of Wish List items to display
Select the maximum number of items to display in the Wish List link (you have a choice of 2, 4, 6 or 8 items).

6) Save your Wish List configuration
After you have entered a title and number of items to display, click Save Changes. The Wish List configuration window closes.

7) Publish your Amazon Wish List
After you have configured your wish list link for the first time, the checkbox next to the feature will be automatically checked. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page. The wish list will be published on your weblog.

How do I change the location of the Amazon Wish List link in my sidebar?

To change the order of your side bar modules, including the location of Amazon Wish List, go to the design area for your weblog and click the Order link in the Currently Selected Template Set. Then click and drag the wish list item to the appropriate location.

Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page. The new wish list will be published on your weblog in place of the previous one.

How do I remove my Amazon Wish List from my weblog?

Go to the design area of your weblog and then click the Content link in the Currently Selected Template Set. In the Content area, scroll down to Your Sidebar Content until you reach the Amazon Wish List feature. Uncheck the box for Amazon Wish List and republish your weblog.

Can I add Wish Lists from international Amazon sites to my weblog?

At present, only Amazon.com Wish Lists can be added to your weblog.

Why don't I see the Amazon Wish List Feature in my sidebar content list?

If you are using a mixed media template for your weblog, the Amazon Wish List feature will not be available; at present, the Amazon Wish List feature can only be integrated into weblogs which use classic templates.
