Insert File
Click the Insert File icon to open the file upload pop-up window. Browse your computer for the file you would like to upload and click Upload File.
The file will be uploaded to your account and a link to download the file will be inserted into your post. If you'd like to edit the text for the link, highlight the text, and click the Insert Link button.
The Insert File tool can be used to upload many types of files and is not limited to audio and video. Some of the supported file types include PDF, DOC, TXT, ZIP, and PSD.
