Blogside Toolbar

The Blogside Toolbar offers options directly within your browser at the top of the blog, including Reblog, Follow, and Blog Stats, when you are signed into Typepad.

Show the Typepad Toolbar on your blogs

At Settings > Basics, check the Show the Typepad toolbar on this blog box and click Save Changes to enable the toolbar to display on your blog.

By selecting to show the Typepad Toolbar on your blogs, you are encouraging your community to Favorite, Comment on, and Reblog your content. Any other bloggers who are signed into Typepad when visiting your blog will be able to Reblog your posts directly from the site without the need to leave your blog.

When you visit your own blog, you'll see direct links to view the Blog Stats and Dashboard in the toolbar.

Pro: Don't show the toolbar

Pro bloggers have the option to not show the Blogside Toolbar when signed into Typepad and viewing other Typepad blogs.

At Account > Summary, check the Don't show me the toolbar on Typepad blogs box and click Save Changes. With this option selected, you will not see the toolbar when visiting other Typepad blogs.

Minimize the Toolbar

By clicking on the image on the left side of the toolbar, you can minimize the toolbar while navigating on Typepad blogs.
